“Stand By Me” | “O Holy Night” | Acharya S

Here are a couple of little ditties I threw together, with the help of my friend Vega. Not too bad for a freebie production…

1. YOUR BEAUTIFUL PERFORMANCE.
Two of my favorites sung beautifully by you. You’re a natural. Thank you. You’ve had some serious training to move around those notes the way you did. Thank you. Yes, I agree with Rene. I would love to hear more.

Fantastic – Truly, a “Jill-of-all-Trades”

6. Winter solstice
S. Acharya,

You are a fantastic blend of beauty, voice, intelligence, power of expression, sharp and penetrating presence of mind, authorship, a caring motherhood, a bold and no less indomitable than Jhnsi Ki Rani – The Great Lakshmi Bai, what else have I left out – my mind goes now waow……Acharya.

I once remarked, what is the ’most powerful weapon'. No one could answer it. Then I said,”A Woman”. And if she is beautiful, witty and intelligent; there is no more powerful weapon than that. The Indian mythology has a very good example too.

When the Gods were defeated by the ‘Demon King Mahisasur’ and ascended their throne, then they all prayed to the Highest and the most mightiest of all -“The Goddess Durga”, who saved them all by killing the Demon King and liberating them all.

I salute you and bless you on this very auspicious day as per Vedic science too. This was the day for which The Great Bhishma Pitaamah kept laid on the bed of arrows thrown by his grandson- Arjun in the battle of Mahabharat, waited for almost six months to come, because this period before Winter solstice is reckoned to be inauspicious for last journey. It was only after this, he shed his mortal cast. If you want to know more about this self control on nature and the forces that govern our life force, the knowledge is expounded in the Vedas.

This is also called – ”UTTARAYAN”, i.e. Sun moving from South to North. If you closely watch the sunrise, you will find that in the morning, when the sun rises, it rises in the South-East corner in the winter, whereas it rises in the North-East corner in the summer. Rest of its movements remain almost the same, with little variation. The other period of Summer Solstice is also called ”Dakshinaayan”.

This is not religion I am talking about, lest someone get mixed up and vexed in the quagmire of this on going tussle of “Organised Religion” practice as a political instrument. I am talking about the essence of spiritual knowledge that governs our basic existence i.e. ”LIFE FORCE” which keeps us alive and we proudly call ourselves as ”ALIVE”. It also teaches you to have your control on ”DEATH”, which the The Bhishma Pitaamah exercised in his last moments before shedding away his mortal coils.

This is also called ’Self Realisation’ or ‘Soul Realisation’ or ‘The Knowledge of the Absolute’, or ‘The Self Conciousness’ and a variety of other so many names; but it means all the same. In Vedas, they say, ”Tat twam asi”, “Soham”, “Aham Brahmashmi”, to explore the nature of existence. This does not mean only human beings, it just means the very life force which sustains the each and every variety of living being.

This is the knowledge of the “Highest Science”, after that all other knowledge is added unto you by itself or automatically. It appears to some as “Superstition”, doesn’t it? It is true. It may be out of context to go into more details here.

My all the good wishes to the readers and far beyond for the happy, healthy and a wishful anticipation of ushuring in a more peaceful Year to come ahead. Good Morning and best of all to all of you. ‘Enjoy’ only when you ‘End the Joy’. It is a superstitious paradox but full of meaning in its depth. The Old Ancient Wisdom is calling you for verifiation of its Veracity.

God bless

Dr. O. P. Sudrania

7. Loved the singing, such a lovely voice. I have listened to your voice on some of your videos and you have such a soft, appealing voice and at the same time showing strength and conviction. You should
be a natural for doing the narrative on documentaries, etc. Hope the season finds you healthy and happy.

8. Little Ditties
πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

I have a new hero who knows how to fly.
I’m just beginning to crawl.

9. Beautiful. Courageous.
As lovely and as precious to us Acharya is.
She who now brings us light.
She who now brings us song.
Were I a poet, a scholar,
I would write tomes
all the way to the heavens
thanking our great mother goddess and queen
who favored us so
that she sent
her divine daughter
to us,
to teach us,
to love us.
