Lost Pyramid of Mirador: World’s largest?

lost pyramid mirador guatemala largestWhat an awesome discovery! And there are thousands more in the jungles of Guatemala and elsewhere. This one dates to two to three centuries before the common era. Interestingly enough, “renegade” writers decades ago reported on the thousands of pyramids and city ruins all over Central and South America. They were pooh-poohed as “crackpots” by mainstream scholars and scientists. As time goes on, one after another of the revelations of these “crackpots” are coming to fruition.

Would that I could be a fly on the wall to see what kind of correspondences to “Old World” civilization will be unearthed here, including in this fresh version of the Popol Vuh. Speaking of “Old World,” the crackpots of previous years also claimed that there were ruins in the “New World” older than many in the “Old World,” a view supported by recent finds of sites thousands of years BCE. Again, an earlier generation had dismissed all notions of a New World civilization thriving much earlier than the “time of Christ,” as they tended to frame practically everything.

  1. Acharya, this is absolutely amazing! I watched this several times before it finally came home to me the magnitude of this discovery. It is just fabulous.

Thank you for bringing this to us.

    John

  2. 😮 Fantastic! Civilization would have to have existed there for an extremely long time for all those pyramids to have been built. Among the other amazing archeological sites throughout Central and South America, this should be evidence that there were links further back between the so-called New World and Old World.

You could be right in stating, that the New World may actually be the ‘Old’ World. I just hope circumstances and time is on our side while we are still alive to learn the most. I just love these kinds of mysteries!

  3. This is really really really huge. Do you understand the importance of this discovery people?

Oh my…..all I see in the future is the world government will do everything in it’s power to destroy this find, and keep further secrets from us.

    Or

We will be enlightened to the Creation of the Maya people.

Let us send intention for the latter.

  4. lost city of Murador
This is the kind of stuff that keeps me an agnostic atheist. We have so much more to find out about the past that keeps coming up as we explore it more and more. To stop myself and just believe because everybody around me does is just wrong.

Being an agnostic atheist keeps my mind open to all the possibilitys out there with all the new discovered and yet to be discovered worlds out there.

  5. Wow how cool is that?
What may be quite possible is that while Europe was struggling in its Ice Age, the people that made it to central America were thriving as they would have been below the latitude to which the glacier ice had progressed. Thus they would have had quite a head start on civilization over any relatively northern people.

  6. pyramid
Like Caral 5000years old by dating the reed basket used to bury the city. They still do not know when it was built or the pyramids in Croatia now being UN-covered our ancestors were amazing the world arround but we think we are HOT SHIT!

  7. Why has this been forgotten
A year later an you have forgoten all about this find, there is no news and no new information, even thought they said they found engravings of the genesis story untained by the spanish exploers.

    so is there a cover-up… 😛

  8. Ancient Temples
:woohoo: Ancient Temples AH well the things that the ancient people made long ago seem to begin with religious temples if one is to believe what is now being reported about a stone ring in southern Turkey called Gobekli Tepe . According to accounts of the archeology from that site this manufactured stone ring was built 7000 years before Stone Henge or Avebury in England was. The date for the start of this Temple is 11500 years ago and the English Temples just mentioned were built about 4500 years ago. Another thing was that Gobekli Tepe was covered by people with soil about 8000 years ago. Whats this got to do with the Temple at Mirador? I think that the ancients knew much more than we give them credit for knowing or understanding and I also think that ancient religious knowledge and practices did a good deal in making we humans who we are now. Legends and beliefs used in the religions of long ago may have had more to them than modern people think, by this I don’t mean that all one has to do is believe a legend and one will receive eternal life as a result but I think that some legends at least with the aid of the Temples used in these legends may have “immortalized” human perception, but it was the initiates choice of what he was to think, see , feel or believe, the judgment legend was true enough it just didn’t make clear that one own decisions were how one was judged and then they judged themselves.
